Brand growth
What should you expect in the first 90 days of brand consulting?
Weeks 1 to 3: discovery and audit. The consultant interviews you, reviews your website, Google profile, reviews, competitors and existing photos and video, and asks for access to accounts. Weeks 3 to 6: a written plan covering positioning, core messages, which channels to use and a realistic schedule, plus what you're expected to supply each week. Weeks 6 to 12: the system runs. Content goes out on schedule, profiles get fixed, and the first monthly review looks at early signals such as profile actions, inquiries and which posts drew the right people. Don't expect a flood of leads by day 90. Do expect a clear plan, consistent output, cleaned-up profiles and a few early indicators of what's working. That's the shape of a McCrawAI engagement: a written plan early, production running well before day 90, and a 4-month minimum with check-ins at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days.
Follow-up questions
Can I see results faster than 90 days?
Sometimes small wins come quickly, like a fixed Google profile producing more calls. But brand growth is cumulative, so plan for months, not weeks.
How much of my time does the first 90 days take?
The first month takes the most, a few hours of interviews and review. After that, it's mostly capturing material during work you're already doing plus a short monthly review.
What if the plan isn't working after 90 days?
The first review is where the plan changes. A good consultant adjusts based on evidence instead of repeating the same tactics.
